Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi’s Contribution To The Bradesco Bank

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Bradesco Bank. The Bradesco Bank is the second largest bank in Brazil. The Bradesco Bank has managed to rise above their competition through the hard work of their employees. Many of their employees have worked at the bank since they were teens. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi is one of the people that have helped the company to make progress over the years.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi began working at the Bradesco Bank in 1969 when he was 17 years old. While working at the bank, he managed to receive two degrees from local universities. He has a degree in Sciences and Letters and a degree in Socio-Psychology. While managing school and working at the Bradesco Bank as a teller, he was able to work well enough to receive his first promotion after 15 years at the bank.


Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi received his first but not last promotion after being a teller for 15 years. The promotions that he received following his first promoiton as Marketing Director showed that he was dedicated to helping the bank grow in any way he saw possible. Cappi found a way to establish a reliable connection between mass communication outlets and the Bradesco Bank. The Bank had never had a real connection to the media. After establishing a relationship with the media, he made the biggest purchase to ever when he purchased HSBC. The Bradesco Bank owns many businesses but purchasing HSBC was the biggest purchaser they had ever made.

Various contributions that Cappi made to the Bradesco Bank aided in him being the third Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has worked at the bank for a long time. The thing that he has accomplished go hand in hand with his experience.
